Terms of service

Inbound ETA helps merchants record incoming inventory, control preorder capacity, allocate eligible Shopify orders, communicate estimated dispatch changes and maintain an operational audit trail. Dispatch dates are merchant-supplied estimates and are not guarantees by Fleeta Limited.

Merchants must provide accurate shipment and promise information, review affected orders, comply with consumer and preorder laws, honour refund and cancellation rights, configure a valid sender before enabling customer messages, and use the app only for lawful business activity.

Paid plans are billed through Shopify in accordance with the plan and trial shown before approval. Merchants can approve, change or cancel a subscription through Shopify. Charges already incurred are handled under Shopify’s billing rules and applicable law.

We maintain and monitor the service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability of Shopify, merchant themes, networks or third-party services. We may make proportionate changes needed for security, compatibility or reliability and will avoid materially reducing paid functionality without notice.

Each merchant is responsible for its customer relationship. Fleeta Limited processes customer data on the merchant’s instructions to provide the service, subject to the privacy policy, Shopify’s requirements and applicable data-protection law.

We may suspend abusive, unlawful or security-threatening use. A merchant can stop using the service by uninstalling the app. Shopify privacy webhooks trigger session revocation and data deletion or redaction as required.
